Intro

Quote – “Improving the quality of our lives lies in the elusive obvious-day-by-day, incrementally do more of what works for you and less of what doesn’t.” ~ K.O’Connor.

Imagine, if you will, that there is a way to incrementally and systematically make the move from working hard to working smart. You can keep working hard as a back-up for those moments when life is particularly demanding, but it’s no longer the default. Now everyday stuff is dealt with in a calm and relaxed state; you find yourself getting out of your own way more and more.

The reality is that you are already doing this to a degree. You are applying the skill of discernment to discover what works for you and what does not.
When this skill is applied consistently you experience a state called coherence.

Coherence happens when our conscious and subconscious minds are aligned. This is a good place to be especially as our conscious mind governs our intent and direction and our subconscious mind contains our habitual nature. The subconscious is more powerful than the conscious so if they are out of alignment no wonder we have problems achieving our goals.

“What interferes with coherence?” you may ask. That is a great question if you don’t mind me saying.

There are a whole array of reasons for the misalignment. But the main problem is that we are so fatigued by our contemporary lives and all the expectations that go with them that we tend to push the mind for answers rather than allowing time and space for them to unfold naturally. It’s like Einstein’s famous saying-we are trying to solve problems with the same thinking that created them.

Finding The Fulcrum is a form of conceptual awareness that’s grown out of the ancient wisdom of the East and cutting edge science from the West.It gives a unique and highly effective perspective on daily life that makes for fewer problems and more solutions.

Fulcrums are so useful that they are all around us in daily life. They are even more useful when they are used in our thinking, helping us understand the workings of the human mind. The fulcrum can become the bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind.

My intuition is that you have experienced a simple solution of your own and it felt so good that you worked hard to experience it again. But these simple solutions that feel so good seem to happen by coincidence and so you haven’t been able to recapture the feeling.

It’s frustrating. It’s as though you’ve been playing a game but no one has explained the rules.

Finding The Fulcrum offers a way to understand the rules that work for us all while also showing you how to create a bespoke set of rules that specifically work for you.
